Super Rocky Road

Description: A decadent no-bake treat packed with chunks of marshmallow, crunchy peanuts, chewy Turkish delight, and shredded coconut—all bound together in rich, creamy milk chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (250 g) Good milk chocolate
  • 6oz (200 gm) marshmallows cut in half or miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 C Chopped Peanuts
  • 1/2 C Turkish Delight Chopped

Method

  1. In a glass bowl, break up chocolate into pieces, melt over pan of simmering water – Make sure no water or steam gets  into the chocolate.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and pour in the melted chocolate – Mix well
  3. Pour mixture into a lined, lightly greased 6″ x 8″ (15cm x 20cm) dish.  Press down gently
  4. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1″ (2.5cm)  squares.
