Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 – 16 oz can red or pink salmon, remove big bones, reserve liquid.
  • 1 egg,
  • 1/4 tsp salt,
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper,
  • 24 individual Saltine crackers,
  • 1 small onion chopped,
  • 1/2 tsp dill.

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Form into patties,
  3. Fry in a small amount of oil until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes each side.
